I can't even boil water. Can I still come to a class?
Heck, yeah! At Hipcooks our goal is to each everyone something new, beit a total newbie or a total foodie. Please don't be intimidated but rather bring yourself and your ideas to class! Newbies are wonderful - they have no bad knife habits we need to correct, and newbie kitchen minds are so refreshing. With no pre-conceived notions of how things "should" be, they have the potential for great culinary innovations!

Do we bring anything to a class? What should I wear?
No need to bring anything - we've got it all. Aprons, knives, equipment. You just bring your open mind. And enthusiasm, please! Be prepared to learn and have delicious fun. Ah - but since you stand quite a bit, please wear comfy shoes.

We eat in class, right? So I should arrive really hungry?
Yes, you do eat it class! However, most classes involve at least one and one half hours of prep time, so please don't arrive falling-over hungry, because it takes a little time.
